In the name of God, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Peace be upon you,

It can be easy to say "God is running everything", but to truly mean it with full conviction and live accordingly is a different matter. The fact is God is doing everything (Quran 8:17). He is fully aware of any situation we are in (Quran 10:61, 2:29, 3:115). So all it takes is confidence in God's ability to manage the situation for us, believing that God will not let His servants down no matter how overwhelming the situation we are faced with (Quran 8:42, 26:60-64, 2:249, 28:7, 5:11).

    God Controls Everything and Plans for the Believers
[Quran 8:42] Recall that you were on this side of the valley, while they were on the other side. Then their caravan had to move to lower ground. Had you planned it this way, you could not have done it. But GOD was to carry out a predetermined matter, whereby those destined to be annihilated were annihilated for an obvious reason, and those destined to be saved were saved for an obvious reason. GOD is Hearer, Omniscient.


God is in full control of all things (Quran 4:126, 3:109, 6:102, 10:61, 22:76, 42:53). And believers trust God completely (Quran 3:159-160, 8:2, 9:51, 10:84-85, 14:11).

[Quran 3:159-160] ... GOD loves those who trust in Him.* If GOD supports you, none can defeat you. And if He abandons you, who else can support you? In GOD the believers shall trust.

[Quran 10:84] Moses said, "O my people, if you have really believed in GOD, then put your trust in Him, if you are really submitters."
