In the name of God, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Peace be upon you,

[Quran 2:45] You shall seek help through steadfastness and the Contact Prayers (Salat). This is difficult indeed, but not so for the reverent,

A good carpenter or mechanic will have a box full of good tools perfect for any job he might need to perform. A good submitter also has a toolbox with all the right tools God has provided for us to keep in there. 

Whatever occupies your mind most of the time is your god (Quran 33:41, 7:205). So God has given us tools to keep our minds on God most of the time. You can reach into your toolbox whenever you need a little help remembering God

Wake up in the morning and thank God for the day, start with, "In the name of God, Most Gracious, Most Merciful. There is no other god besides God." Observe the Contact Prayers regularly (Quran 23:9, 2:45). When you eat or drink anything, remember His name and thank God for the provision (Quran 6:121).

These are but a few of the many tools God has given us in the Quran. So that we can make each day and each moment about Him and not us.
