In the name of God, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Peace be upon you,

[Quran 43:27] "Only the One who initiated me can guide me."

[Quran 1:5-6] You alone we worship; You alone we ask for help.
 Guide us in the right path;

There are many kinds of "guides" in this world. In a museum, you might be given a guided tour by a docent. If you travel to a foreign country you might have a tour guide. In school you may visit the guidance counselor to help you plan your future, and your teacher may guide you through a course. A "guide" is defined as a person who advises or shows the way to others.

But as verse 43:27 of the Quran tells us, it's really only God who can guide us.

[Quran 2:272] You are not responsible for guiding anyone. GOD is the only one who guides whoever chooses (to be guided).

May God help us to seek His guidance and be thankful to Him.
