Subject: [Masjid Tucson] Submission weekly reminder In the name of God, Most Gracious, Most Merciful Peace be upon you, [Quran 68:42-43] The day will come when they will be exposed, and they will be required to fall prostrate, but they will be unable to. With their eyes subdued, humiliation will cover them. They were invited to fall prostrate when they were whole and able. Crucial Commandments [Quran 14:31] Exhort My servants who believed to observe the Contact Prayers (Salat), and to give (to charity) from our provisions to them, secretly and publicly, before a day comes where there is neither trade, nor nepotism. [Quran 35:5] O people, GOD's promise is the truth; therefore, do not be distracted by this lowly life. Do not be diverted from GOD by mere illusions. This life is very short (Quran 16:77, 17:52, 30:54-56). Are we going take the opportunities we have left to remember God, praise and glorify Him, give to charity and fall prostrate? Or are we going to make excuses and chase the worldly illusion (Quran 3:185, 4:120, 6:32, 35:5)? We can make excuses every day but all that means is we'll be running out of opportunities to observe God. Once a person's time is up, there are no more opportunities and no excuses will be accepted (Quran 75:15). So, what choices are we going to make today?
