Subject: [Masjid Tucson] Submission weekly reminder In the name of God, Most Gracious, Most Merciful Peace be upon you, [Quran 21:37] The human being is impatient by nature. I will inevitably show you My signs; do not be in such a hurry. [Quran 42:43] Resorting to patience and forgiveness reflects a true strength of character. [Quran 50:39] Therefore, be patient in the face of their utterances, and praise and glorify your Lord before sunrise, and before sunset. Many of us have heard the phrase, "Be your best self!". One weakness that can get in the way is lack of patience. How do we react if there's a line at the store or at the traffic light? Or a long wait time for a delivery? Or if someone at work is being difficult? Do we react with patience or impatience? May God help us remember that He is running everything, and that there's a good reason for everything. Let us use our "wait time" as an opportunity to remember Him, implore Him, praise Him and glorify Him.
