Subject: [Masjid Tucson] Submission weekly reminder In the name of God, Most Gracious, Most Merciful Peace be upon you, [Quran 5:35] O you who believe, you shall reverence GOD and seek the ways and means to Him, and strive in His cause, that you may succeed. [Quran 29:6] Those who strive, strive for their own good. GOD is in no need for anyone. [Quran 29:69] As for those who strive in our cause, we will surely guide them in our paths. Most assuredly, GOD is with the pious. During Ramadan, many of us make an extra effort to improve our submission to God. Some of us may read more Quran, others may do more commemoration of God, and others may strive a little extra. Now that Ramadan is over, what will we do? Will we be able to continue striving? Or will we lose some of those good habits? May we remain steadfastly devoted to God, and remember Him most of our time (Quran 7:205, 33:41-42).
