In the name of God, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Peace be upon you,

	Satan: A Temporary "god"*
[Qunra 2:30] Recall that your Lord said to the angels, "I am placing a representative (a temporary god) on Earth." They said, "Will You place therein one who will spread evil therein and shed blood, while we sing Your praises, glorify You, and uphold Your absolute authority?" He said, "I know what you do not know."
*2:30-37 These verses answer such crucial questions as: "Why are we here?" (See Appendix 7).


The world around us is often in chaos. While COVID19 seems to be on the decline, the news is filled with the uncertainty of war in Europe. Meanwhile conflict has caused severe food shortages in many countries including Africa, the Middle-East and Asia.

Historically, the world's struggles are not new. Satan, the king of chaos, has failed to take care of his constituents. Those who choose him as their lord have suffered his incompetence be it disease, accidents, misery or war.

The only escape from such problems is to seek God as our Lord and Master. And to worship God alone.

May God help us devote our worship absolutely to Him alone (Quran 37:40) and seek His help alone (Quran 1:5).
