In the name of God, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Peace be upon you,

The Hereafter
[Quran 17:19] As for those who choose the Hereafter as their priority, and work righteousness, while believing, their efforts will be appreciated.

[Quran 90:4] We created the human being to work hard (to redeem himself).*

Each paycheck, workers put away some money for retirement. When possible, we check our savings and individual retirement accounts (IRAs) to see if we are on track or if we need to save more.

The Hereafter lasts forever (compared to the 20-30 years of worldly retirement). Are we working hard and planning for the "retirement" of our souls at the end of our lives? Do we have enough in our "PRA" (post-retirement account)?
