In the name of God, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Peace be upon you,

Many students graduate this time of the year. They study, go through tests, work hard to overcome their weaknesses, and put in a lot of effort so that one day they can graduate. Graduation is a cause for much celebration. From the perspective of our souls, life can be seen as a school. We didn't do very well during the great feud (Quran 38:67-69). God, in His grace and mercy, gave us a chance to do better. This life a chance to worship God alone (Quran 51:56) and work hard on our souls to overcome our spiritual weaknesses (Quran 90:4). If we succeed, we get to enjoy the ultimate joy (Quran 32:17) of being redeemed back to God!

May we approach this life as a wonderful opportunity to come to God with our whole heart.
